Bo and his son Nigel and crew of course did a fantastic job on my garage floor. They were attentive to detail and my needs for the job. The job was completed in a timely manner (3 days total) with no breaks we had good weather and they took advantage of it. Kept the area cleaned up at all times and had the tools to do the job correctly and answered any questions I had about the process. I would have them back again for any masonry job I highly recommend them. BTW buy em lunch they're worth it . But last spring we hired Staats to do some block repair on an old addition on our new-to-us house. As new homeowners and this being our first contractor type experience we were very nervous but Serena was awesome. She was communicative and worked with us on options and what made sense for our situation. They did a great job, the workers were also very nice and even fixed our loose water spigot (again, new to us house so we inherited a lot of maintenance work to do) which I know also made their job easier haha But what was especially positive in our work with them was that I had a sudden death in the family days before work was supposed to begin and they worked with us navigating home access while we were away. They communicated daily on their arrival and departure so we were aware of what was happening while we were tending to family matters. The work looks good and it was also just very comforting to feel like we could leave our home while the work was getting done and not feel afraid of what we were coming back to.
